Recipe Name:  Vanilla Protein Drink (or any flavor)

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (1% or non-fat)
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
2 tbl vanilla syrup
(or other flavoring to taste)

Directions:
Just mix and drink. I'm diabetic and use DaVinci Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup, but there are many flavors both regular or sugar-free.

I find flavored syrups in the coffee aisle at the market, but more variety at a health food store.

Special Notes:
8oz made with 1% milk (sugar-free)
163 cal    (147cal w/ skim)
3g fat       (no fat w/ skim)
21g carb
14g protein

Using regular syrup or chocolate syrup adds 100 cals per 2 Tbl.

Recipe Name: Low Fat Scalloped Potatoes

1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
Approximately 1 cup 1% or skim milk
1 cup or so fat free shredded cheddar cheese
3 medium potatoes

Set oven to 350. Combine soup, cheese, milk, and salt and pepper to taste in casserole dish. Peel and slice potatoes into thin slices. Combine them into the cheese sauce, stir to coat potatoes, and add some fat free cheese on top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are soft.

Low fat and agrees with me well, you just have to not eat too much. They are that good.
